According to the company’s development and its need for talents, the Human Resource Development of the company advertises internal recruitment information on an irregular basis, which is open to every employee of the company (regardless of position, level, gender or age), and identifies the best candidates for posts, who are entitled to enjoy the benefits of a higher level, by means of a series of strict selection procedures. Internal Shifting of Posts
In order to ensure the maximization of the benefits of human resource allocations, employees are allowed to shift among different posts of the department, which is implemented by the Human Resource Development and Management Office of the Human Resource Department.
System of Rewards & Penalties and Performance Assessment
The efforts of human resource development and management are centered on the assessment of employees’ performances. Constant efforts have been made in exploring new modes of assessment, and both quality evaluation and performance results are highly regarded; in addition, the construction of exam pool and the standardization of the management of employees’ posts and rank promotion have been reinforced. All employees in the payroll, regardless of their ranks, have both liabilities and rights to receive rewards in case of making contributions, and assume penalties in case of violating rules. We treat everyone alike, and maintain fair and reasonable awards and punishment to our employees.
